You are the God who sees me

”She gave this name to the Lord who spoke to her: “You are the God who sees
me,” for she said, “I have now seen the One who sees me.” Genesis 16:13

 I have found it a great comfort this past week to know our God as EL ROI:
the God who sees me!  The God who sees me when I fall, when I hurt, when I
am mistreated, when I am sad inside but the outside cannot reflect that,
when I run from Him, when I hide from Him, when I feel alone even in a
crowd, when I am lost and feeling helpless.  How thankful I am that God
looks for me as He did for Hagar.  He looks for me!  He looks for you too. 
If you belong to the King of Kings, He looks for you!

Be encouraged that no matter where you find yourself in whatever
circumstance, God sees you.  We are truly a blessed people. Our God loves
us so completely that no matter where we are He sees us.

 My prayer for you is that you may know God’s fullness as El Roi:
the God who sees me.
 “For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those
whose hearts are fully committed to him.”  II Chronicles 16:9
